Product Description For many small and medium sized businesses, the internet remains a relatively unexploited area for sales. Larger companies, by contrast, are achieving sales of 20-60% via the web. There are exceptions. The Teddington Cheese, for example, is a small business in the UK that sells British and European cheeses across the globe and was a winner of the UK eCommerce Awards in 1999. Who would have thought that cheese was a winner online? Well, Teddington Cheese did and … More >>

I just finished reading the book and enjoyed it from front to back.
I loved how it was straight to the point and not watered down with
filler. The examples and ideas were great!! I also loved the
instant gratification of being able to download the book and not
waiting for it to be shipped to me. I will recommend this to all of
my clients!!

I spent hours reading contradictory advice on SEO from the internet. This book has clarified a lot for me, and shown where I have been going wrong in the past.
There is plently of practical advice, and supporting links to websites offering free services to help you optimise your sites.
An example is used throughout the book (of an English door knocker seller – I’m sure the author is a Carry on film fan!) which is actually a very good choice of example – as it covers a lot of areas. It also allows the author to show hard examples to his theories.
Strongly recommended and very well priced too.

Wow. This little e-book packs a punch. It contains practical, distilled SEO tips without hype or fluff. I was implementing some of the ideas from this book within minutes after downloading. Some of this information is not new, but the relative importance of the different optimization tips was very informative. Each chapter is simple, presents some key concepts, illustrates them using a fictitious person and his fictitious website. Each chapter contains one or more links to valuable free online resources that are actually useful. The no-nonsense “built from scratch and built to last” approach of this book is like a recipe book. Just follow it from start to finish and you’ll know your site is going to be on an upward trend in the search engines.
If you are struggling with getting your site up in ranks, many concepts in this book will get you on the right path.

With a title like that, I was eager to purchase this ebook. After reading it in one sitting, (it’s really short folks)I have to tell you that it falls short. I do web design for a living, and know very little about SEO. The book is finished by page 84, only citing resources from there on out. I got the feeling that Mr. David Viney just wanted to finish the book quickly. Hence the small price when compared to Aaron Wall’s “SEO Book” at $79.00 versus $13.49 for this book. I found much filler and less “killer” in this book and no real gems. If you are looking for a bunch of links for SEO tools and a brief synopsis of SEO then this is your book. I feel that the money spent on the Aaron Hall book was a better investment. I have no affiliate links hear, I am just an stating my honest opinion with no alterior motives. SEO is a wide subject and there will never be a book on it’s completness, unlike say a book for a software that can cover all of the bases. I just needed to get this review to people, so they can make an educated decision before purchasing. 2 stars not impressed
